Visitors comparing an established local operator with the international resort brands.

Current room condition and beach-transfer arrangements deserve a direct check; the official operator page is not an online rate engine.
An established Dameisha comparison
Kingkey's corporate hotel-operations page identifies this as a hotel the group runs itself. A report dated 6 August 2026 confirms ongoing operations. Include it in a Dameisha comparison when you want to discuss rooms or a group arrangement directly with a local operator.
- Compare a written quote with the same dates at other hotels.
- Decide which facilities you will actually use during the stay.
Ask about the room you will receive
The official district travel booklet lists deluxe rooms and ocean-view suites. The operator's 2026 report also acknowledges an ageing property, so ask for recent photographs and the condition of your chosen category. A view description and a large room do not settle maintenance or comfort.
- Confirm the beds, non-smoking request and any accessibility needs.
- Ask how the hotel handles a room problem discovered on arrival.
Confirm swimming and beach arrangements
A municipal public-health listing documents a swimming pool at the hotel, and the operator's 2026 report mentions its beach-transfer vehicles. Confirm today's pool opening, guest eligibility, beach access and transfer schedule. Any shared beach facility needs explicit confirmation for the room package you buy.
- Ask about children's swimming rules and meal charges.
- Keep a public-beach alternative in your plan.
Check the entrance and road name
Official municipal records place the hotel at 90 Yankui Road; some travel listings use Yanmei Road. Save the full hotel name and verify the entrance with the hotel before travelling. Investigate the route from Dameisha station, then decide whether it works with your luggage.
- Confirm check-in, luggage storage and parking.
- Ask where any beach-transfer vehicle departs and how to return.
Use verified contact details for a quote
The link here goes to Kingkey's genuine corporate hotel-operations page. It establishes the operator but does not display live room rates. The hotel number, +86 755 8268 8888, is corroborated by a district-government listing; use it to verify the current booking channel and request written terms.
- Confirm total charges, meals, deposit and cancellation deadline.
- Keep the hotel confirmation and any package inclusions together.
