Airport terminal arrival
- Key signs
- 机场 (Airport) — the terminal station on Metro Line 11. 机场东 (Airport East) is a different station.
- Onward options
- Follow current signs for Metro Line 11, licensed taxi, ride-hailing or airport bus; choose for your exact hotel address.
- Late arrival
- Check the current last metro and bus departures for your date. The airport publishes 24-hour taxi and ride-hailing pickup services; queue and journey times vary.
- Accessible route
- Use signed lifts and ask airport staff about step-free transfers and vehicle assistance. Confirm your onward route and hotel entrance.
- Common mistake
- Selecting Airport East (机场东) when you need the terminal station Airport (机场).
蛇口邮轮母港
Passenger ferry arrival
- Key signs
- 蛇口邮轮母港 (Shekou Cruise Homeport) · 1 Haiyun Road, Nanshan.
- Onward options
- Use the passenger terminal’s current taxi, ride-hailing and metro-access directions. Taiziwan (Line 12) and Shekou Port (Line 2) are different stations; check the walking or connecting leg.
- Late arrival
- Confirm the sailing, check-in cutoff and any weather cancellation with the operator before travelling.
- Accessible route
- Ask the ferry operator about terminal, gangway and sailing assistance before booking; arrangements depend on the vessel and route.
- Common mistake
- Routing to Shekou freight port or assuming Shekou Port Metro station is inside the passenger terminal. HKIA airside ferry transfers have separate eligibility and baggage procedures.

- Key signs
- 深圳北站 (Shenzhen North) · 福田站 (Futian) · 深圳站 (Shenzhen, Luohu). Use the exact station printed on your ticket.
- Onward options
- Follow the station signs to metro, licensed taxi or bus; save the hotel’s Chinese address and the correct exit before arrival.
- Late arrival
- Check the last train, metro connection and station-exit arrangements on the operator’s current service information.
- Accessible route
- Request station assistance in advance and verify lifts, step-free exits and the final hotel approach.
- Common mistake
- Confusing Shenzhen North, Futian, Shenzhen/Luohu, Hong Kong Lo Wu and West Kowloon. For high-speed departures from Hong Kong, complete the required immigration process at West Kowloon before boarding.
