[ ] Prepare connectivity and payment options. Check phone/eSIM compatibility with your provider.

ARRIVE AND EXIT
[ ] Follow the signs for your actual terminal, booked station or passenger port.
[ ] Complete applicable immigration and customs formalities using official instructions.
[ ] Collect luggage and keep travel documents ready.

GET READY
[ ] Activate a compatible SIM/eSIM or other connectivity.
[ ] Confirm a payment method and backup.
[ ] Check the actual last departure, service changes and current weather.

REACH YOUR STAY
[ ] Choose metro, licensed taxi/ride-hailing or a confirmed pickup for your exact address.
[ ] Use Airport (机场) for SZX terminal on Metro Line 11; Airport East (机场东) is a different station.
[ ] Shekou Cruise Homeport (蛇口邮轮母港) is the passenger terminal, not the freight port.
[ ] Shenzhen North, Futian and Shenzhen/Luohu are different railway stations.
[ ] Confirm lifts, step-free exits, luggage handling and the final walk if needed.

CHECK IN
[ ] Confirm your reservation and reception hours.
[ ] Have your passport and booking ready; ask your accommodation about required registration.
[ ] Check hotel facilities, nearby essentials and the exact meeting venue if relevant.

FIRST EVENING
[ ] Find a nearby meal that suits your dietary needs.
[ ] Take a short local walk if weather and energy allow.
[ ] Choose one anchor for tomorrow and leave time for transfers.

TRIP PLANNING
[ ] Save the exact hotel and destination addresses.
[ ] Futian Convention & Exhibition Center and Shenzhen World in Bao'an are separate venues.
[ ] Allow time for border formalities on a Hong Kong + Shenzhen trip. Entry permission and tickets are separate checks.
[ ] Keep an indoor backup for rain, heat or storm warnings.
